Welcome to Blossoms Anew, formally Blooming in NYC! I recently relocated to a new city on the Eastern Seaboard, Providence, Rhode Island. Since moving, I realized that many of the same lessons that I learned in NYC have carried over here and I am continually striving to reach my personal best. Get yo' walk on!

Walking is the new workout plan! There are great health and weight-loss benefits to walking at a moderate pace for 30 minutes a day. To maximize your walking regime, use Google Maps Pedometer to map and calculate distance and calories burned.
